A Systematic Talent Development Platform

Founded in 2019, LiuGong University has built a structured learning system with 6 training centers and 13 specialized academies, covering leadership, technical skills, strategy, and general competencies. To date, it has trained over 210,000 employees worldwide, serving as a key capability platform for LiuGong’s global operations.

Strengthening University–Enterprise Cooperation

LiuGong has long partnered with Indonesian universities. The new campus is not only the first overseas talent development base, but also will further align Chinese and Indonesian vocational education systems. In the future, students may obtain dual certification from both countries and gain hands-on training at LiuGong Indonesia’s manufacturing facilities, supporting a smooth transition from classroom learning to employment.

At the ceremony, Levi Lin, President Director of LiuGong Indonesia, stated: “The establishment of the Indonesia Campus reflects LiuGong’s commitment to localization and regional talent development. We aim to continue our cooperation with Indonesian institutions to transform us into a co-builder of the educational ecosystem.”

Rooted in Indonesia, Building Better Future

LiuGong University Indonesia Campus will work with partner institutions to promote scholarships, skills training, internship certification, and skills competitions, helping Indonesian youth enhance their employability and contributing long-term talent support to local industry and economic development.

Furthermore, together with its partner universities, LiuGong will invest in professional training equipment. These resources will not only support daily teaching and operational training, but will also be incorporated into the social emergency response system. In the event of a disaster or other emergency, LiuGong will activate its emergency mechanism and ensure the equipment is deployed for rescue operations without delay. This initiative underscores LiuGong’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and safeguarding community safety.
